JOSEPH S. PSAROULLA BSc (QS), MRICS, currently serves as the Chairman of DG Jones and Partners, a role he has held since 2014. Mr. Psaroulla began his journey with the company back in 1980 and, over a career that spans nearly four decades, has been instrumental in the successful execution of significant projects throughout the MENA region. His specializations lie in Project Management, Construction Management, and Contract Administration.

Mr. Psaroulla's extensive understanding of the construction and property market is unparalleled, and he has been the driving force behind many landmark projects. Since 1998, he has been a Board Director of DG Jones & Partners, and he also served as the General Manager of the Lebanon office from 1998 to 2019.

Operating from the DG Jones and Partners' Headquarters in Cyprus, Mr. Psaroulla holds the simultaneous responsibility of serving as the Chairman of the Lebanese Association of Chartered Surveyors (LACS), further solidifying his influence and commitment in the industry.
